These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through https://altravolta.de, operated under the business name ALTRA VOLTA, a premium womenswear brand from Greece designing high couture apparel for everyday, evening, and activewear use.

2. Scope

These Terms govern all orders placed by consumers through our online store. A consumer is a natural person who places an order for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

3. Products

We sell womenswear, including high couture-inspired apparel for everyday, night, and activewear. Product images, descriptions, sizes, colours, and availability are displayed on each product page. Minor colour differences may occur due to screen settings or photography.

4. Ordering process

By clicking the final checkout button, you submit a binding order for the selected products. You will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. Acceptance of the order occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order.

5. Prices, taxes, and payments

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before the order is submitted. Payment methods are shown during checkout and may be processed by third-party payment providers.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as binding.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns, and exchanges

Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions. Details are provided in our Returns and Exchanges page.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers have statutory rights if products are defective or do not conform to the contract. These rights are not limited by any voluntary return or exchange policy.

9. Promotions and discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, and sale offers may be subject to additional conditions, including validity periods, exclusions, or minimum order values. Promotions cannot usually be combined unless stated otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

All website content, including photographs, designs, brand names, product descriptions, graphics, and logos, belongs to ALTRA VOLTA or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is not permitted by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer protection rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their country of residence where such protections apply.
